Booking & Payment:

Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancelations are only allowed 2 months prior to the booking date. Other than that no refund will be allowed!

- The villa is for holiday accommodation only.
- No parties, events, or subletting without prior consent.
- Respect local laws and neighbors.

We are not liable for loss, injury, or damages during your stay, except as required by law.
